Job Summary
Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge web applications. As a Ruby on Rails expert, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that meet the needs of our clients.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails and related technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with databases, such as AzureSQL.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with version control systems, like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • GDS experience is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Front End frameworks, such as MS Blazor.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Azure.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
