Job Summary:

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer Trainee to join our team at Allied Healthcare. As an Apprentice Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical systems, and assisting in the implementation of preventative maintenance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs of electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify root causes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance plans
  • Collaborate with maintenance team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance electrical maintenance skills

Requirements:

  • Time served apprenticeship, Level 3
  • PLC fault finding skills on Siemens S7, fault finding experience on other PLC systems will be considered
  • Electrical bias, 17th edition preferred but not essential

  • Monday to Friday days role – Early finish on Friday, flexible hours
  • Company bonus scheme based on performance, worth between £3000 - £5000 a year
  • 8% employer pension contribution (2% Employee)
