About the Role

Abatec Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sub Agent to join one of the UK's largest Civil Engineering projects at a prominent construction site. Our client, a leading tier-one contractor, has successfully delivered multi-million-pound packages of work and is now recruiting for a freelance Sub Agent to support their ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans) to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Act as a point of contact on site, providing technical support and resolving queries from Site Engineers and main contractor representatives.
  • Manage Site Engineers, ensuring all quality documentation is completed to company standards.
  • Have previous experience of working on flood defence/marine schemes.
Requirements
  • HNC/Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience of working in a similar position for a Civils contractor.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
Salary and Benefits

£450 - £500 per day (PAYE/Umbrella)
