About the Role:
- Liaise between customers and lenders to ensure seamless communication and efficient mortgage offer delivery.
- Manage mortgage applications proactively, completing all administration tasks on time and accurately.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the application process.
- Respond to written or verbal enquiries promptly, professionally, and with courtesy to meet customer expectations and maintain the company's positive reputation.
- Proactively chase applications through to completion, updating all parties involved.
- Process documents and lender requests within set timeframes.
- Handle client documents in compliance with GDPR guidelines.
- Accurately track and note actions and communications on our internal CRM system.
- Prioritize your workload and diary to meet deadlines, achieve targets, and maintain accuracy, quality, and agreed service levels.
About You:
We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, extremely well-organized, and possess excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Previous experience in a customer service or administration role is ideal. You'll need to work effectively as part of a team and independently, delivering high-quality customer service. We require a minimum of 6 GCSEs or equivalent, with a minimum C grade in Maths and English.
