Culinary Expert

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at beBee Professionals in Weston-super-Mare, United Kingdom.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent food presentation, and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work closely with our chefs to develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, taking into account customer preferences and dietary requirements.
• Ensure the presentation, taste, and portioning of food meets the restaurant's standards, adhering to food safety procedures and ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring that all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods, communicating effectively to ensure smooth delivery of orders.

**Requirements**

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines, including vegetarian and vegan options.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher) and a passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• A competitive salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus tips and benefits.
