Automotive Repair Technician

A leading UK-based Auto Skills provider seeks an experienced Automotive Repair Technician to join its team in Kidderminster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle repair, with a focus on meeting manufacturer specifications and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
- FOLLOW THE CORRECT REPAIR TECHNIQUES AND PRODUCE WORK IN LINE WITH FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £43,100 per annum, paid bi-weekly. This includes a guaranteed bonus for the first three months, as well as a one-time signing-on fee of £2,500, payable after three months.
About the Role
This role involves repairing damaged vehicles within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilising modern equipment and techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out in line with factory specifications and to the highest standard.
