  • Clean equipment thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to brand standards.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the ingredients, method, and build of each menu product.
  • Follow brand cleaning and storage standards, including helping with pot wash and having a clean-as-you-go attitude.
  • Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with brand standards.
