We are looking for a dedicated Youth Development Coordinator to join our team at SuperCare - South Norwood Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with vulnerable children and young people, helping them become more independent and succeed in their education.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct work with young people, key working and providing day-to-day care and support on a shift work basis.
- Collaboration with young people, their social workers, carers, and other relevant agencies to ensure everyone's needs are addressed.
- Care Plan coordination, monitoring, and review for allocated young people preparing to transition to adulthood and greater independence.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children/young people in an Ofsted environment.
- Level 3 CYPW or above.
- Enhanced DBS Check, and on the update service.
