Tutor and Trainer

We are seeking a qualified Tutor/Trainer with experience in delivering employment-related courses to join our team at V Selective Recruitment.

As a Tutor, you will work within our Employability team, providing high-quality employment support and tailored training to learners accessing our training centre.

The role will mainly involve teaching short employment-related courses (Levels 1/2) to cohorts of learners, covering topics such as Employability Skills, Customer Service, Business Administration, and more.

We require a qualified individual with teaching experience, particularly in delivering group sessions and preparing session plans. Knowledge of the local labour market and the Employability/welfare to work sector is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing independent learning resources and flexible learning strategies
• Creating quality approved schemes of work, session plans, and delivery resources
• Delivery of quality facilitation, teaching, learning, and assessment
• Supporting learners one-to-one with their employability needs
• Providing confidential and impartial information, advice, and guidance on employment and learning opportunities
