About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Finance and HR Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and embedding our Company's HR agenda, strategies, policies, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders to discuss business strategies, HR challenges, and HR plans
  • Develop plans for recruitment, training, and development, restructuring, and succession
  • Manage and embed company ethos and values
  • Attend recruitment interviews and coach line managers on staff relationships, motivation, and leadership
  • Report on and analyze HR metrics

Requirements
  • Level 5 or higher CIPD Qualification
  • Experience in a similar HRBP role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and report on HR metrics

We offer a hybrid working model, and it would be beneficial if you are based within a comfortable commute to our office, as there is an expectation that you are able to attend our HQ for 4 days each week.
