Deputy Fostering Recruitment Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Fostering Recruitment Manager to join our team at NonStop Social Care. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the assessment process and providing supervision and support to Independent Assessors and internal assessing Social Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide QA for all Form F assessments throughout approval
  • Oversee the assessment process, providing supervision and support to Independent Assessors and internal assessing Social Workers
  • Travel required for recruitment activity across various areas, including Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, and Northampton

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with experience working with recruitment, Form Fs, and QA
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
