About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Howden Rural team in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a book of business in the region, managing existing clients, and attracting new ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract new clients from the marketplace and support the Division in achieving sales targets.
  • Actively cross-sell products from other Divisions and ensure that clients are correctly and adequately insured for all of their insurance exposures.
  • Maintain professional competence by complying with the Training and Competence procedures of the firm.
Requirements
  • Insurance or financial services experience is desirable, but not essential. A background in agricultural or rural business is highly valued.
  • A proven track record of sales is preferred, with excellent oral, written, and in-person communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Corporate Governance, financial awareness, and how a business works.
