About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Bookings Team Member. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Longleat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming guest telephone calls, emails, and social media inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest claims under the Longleat Ticket Protection Scheme, liaising with guests and confirming refunds, and arranging for payments to be made through our Finance Team.
  • Support in taking general enquiries for VIP, Accommodation, and Education bookings as required, through the incoming communications channels.
  • Monitor and respond to guest emails and social media posts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work within Longleat brand standard SLA's for guest response times, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of the brand.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service. You will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.

  • GCSE English and Maths to grade minimum C.
  • Experience of providing administrative support within a professional organisation.
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment.
  • Good MS Office skills, including Excel.
  • Previous experience within the Leisure industry is desirable.
  • Experience using Merac or similar booking system is desirable.
