Job Title: Outreach Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Outreach Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to young people with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to bridge gaps in learning and boost confidence
  • Work closely with Local Authorities to support young people and their families
  • Collaborate with our outreach team to create a safe and judgement-free zone for young people to learn and grow

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people with SEN and SEMH needs
