This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and develop expertise in Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS).

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £65,000-£80,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) Business Area by validating the successful integration and performance of Physical Access end-to-end systems.
  • Maintain the Systems/Solution lab to ensure 24/7 functionality.
  • Develop and execute Test plans and Test runs to validate Systems/Solution level performance and key Non-Functional Requirements.
  • Evaluate and evolve the Systems/Solution test bench based on Program plans, product specifications, defect reports, and marketing requirements.
  • Conduct Baseline exercises to gather baseline data.
  • Analyse test data to determine if the solution meets functional and performance specifications.
  • Prepare Test Reports and/or other data required by Engineering/Program Teams.
  • Ensure availability of Test Samples and Test Equipment to support the planned test schedule.
  • Participate in regular Pulse meetings to report on Test Planning, Scope, and Test status.
  • Collaborate with other HID personnel to clarify or resolve problems.
  • SUPPORT THE PACS DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP AND ASSOCIATED VALUE STREAMS.

Requirements

  • Experience with scoping, installing, configuring, and supporting all aspects of Physical Access Control Systems under real-world conditions.
  • Knowledge of IT/IP Networking and associated technologies.
  • Lean and Agile methodologies, including SAFe.
  • Access Control management via Head-End or IAM Systems.
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines.
