We are seeking a reliable and flexible delivery assistant to join our team in the Carlisle area.

This is a part-time role that requires the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizing and managing delivery sheets, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of heavy appliances, requiring a high level of physical fitness.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the clearing of packaging from home deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with a variety of customers.
  • Good reading and writing skills, with the ability to manage paperwork on the move.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work a variable schedule.
