About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults with disabilities or complex health needs in a supported living environment. As a Support and Development Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support, enabling individuals to thrive in their local communities.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to reach their full potential.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

* 27-day holiday entitlement, rising to 30 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years

Location and Working Hours

This role is based in Blackrod, Bolton, and working hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. However, flexibility may be required to meet the needs of service users.
