Nurse Practitioner

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team in a care home located in Hebburn, Tyne and Wear. As a key member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to residents and supporting the care home's mission to provide the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Oversee the administration of medications and maintain accurate records
- Provide guidance and support to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge, with the ability to assess and respond to the needs of residents
