Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum

Job Description

Stafforce Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and experienced Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods and equipment within our facility and to designated locations.

About the Role:

  • Safely operate tug vehicles to move trailers, containers, and other equipment
  • Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of goods and equipment within the facility and to designated locations
  • Work closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and report any vehicle or equipment issues to management promptly

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in operating heavy equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
