About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and ad-hoc assistance to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to manage the CFO's workload and ensure seamless communication with other departments.
  3. Manage international travel and itineraries, arranging transportation, accommodations, and necessary visas for meetings and events.
  4. Handle all incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, prioritising urgent requests and providing timely responses.
  5. Prepare and edit complex documents, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Coordinate the CFO's expenses and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.
  7. Support the organisation of finance-related events, conferences, and off-site meetings, working closely with other teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  8. Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and project teams to ensure alignment and effective support for key initiatives.
  9. Address ad-hoc troubleshooting requests from the CFO, resolving day-to-day issues to maintain a smooth workflow.
