About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Independent Financial Planner to join our team at Tempest Jones Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning advice to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to clients, including investment, pension, IHT, and protection planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates with clients to ensure their financial plans remain on track.
  • Work closely with our administration and paraplanning team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
  • Proven experience in a financial planning role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality advice to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Confidence and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
