Job Description:
- Manage customer orders and ensure quality delivery
- Lead a small team of up to 20 employees
- Develop subject matter expertise in operations processes
- Cultivate a safety culture and identify hazards
- Provide coaching and feedback to associates
- Support management with metrics analysis and reporting
- Drive actions to improve shift performance
- Upskill and train new associates
- Meet departmental KPIs and goals
Requirements:
- 2 A levels at grade 'C' or above (or equivalent) plus 2 years' supervisory experience
- Flexibility in working hours and shift patterns
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Drive and passion for learning
Earnings: The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 - £37,500 per annum, depending on location and experience.
