Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Scalian, a leading multinational engineering consultancy company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations, specifically with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and YAML.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation scripts using PowerShell, Python.
  • Implementation, deployment, and maintenance of Spark jobs.
  • Deployment and maintenance of Power BI deliveries.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance using system monitoring tools and best practices for infrastructure maintenance.
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and applications.
  • Work with version control and source code management tools to manage infrastructure changes.
  • Implement and maintain cloud security and networking practices to safeguard infrastructure and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, YAML, and other declarative infrastructure automation frameworks.
  • Solid experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python for automation and infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and best practices for infrastructure health monitoring and maintenance.
  • Good understanding of Azure security, networking, and cloud operations.
  • Streaming data platform paradigms and technologies knowledge.
