Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Oral Surgery department as an Administration Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full administrative services, working collaboratively with a team of 5 to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service.

Main Duties of the Job

The ideal candidate will be able to deal with complex queries, liaise and negotiate with clinicians, and proactively work on local changes and implement them quickly and efficiently. An in-depth knowledge of the service is essential.
