About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Leader at Rotherwood Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading by example to ensure the safe delivery of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of care, ensuring all staff contribute to the best of their ability.
  • Ensure resident needs are met through interaction and observation.
  • Organize and facilitate GP visits, implement advice, and prepare resident care plans.
  • Administer and manage resident medication, maintaining accurate records.
  • Report incidents, areas of concern, and provide ongoing clinical support.

About You:

We are looking for a RGN with a valid NMC Pin, who can manage a small team, lead by example, and have a genuine passion for nursing care and working with the elderly. Experience in a care home environment is an advantage, but not essential.
