About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Technician to join our team at Jardine Motors Group's Tunbridge Wells BMW/MINI Dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest level of service and repair of BMW and MINI vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform all work assigned in a timely manner, economically, and to Company and Manufacturer's standards.
  • Advise the Workshop Supervisor if additional work is required on a vehicle and seek their assistance and authority in the rectification of faults.
  • Maintain a high level of competence for the work to be undertaken by undergoing on-site training, attending courses at suppliers and manufacturer's, and reading technical bulletins as required.
  • Discuss with customers, problems with the vehicle as requested (Total Involvement).
  • Ensure the Company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained when dealing with customers.
  • Operate equipment and carry out all duties in a safe manner.
  • Assist management with the introduction of new methods of work designed to improve efficiency.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, with OTEs in the range of £70,000.
  • A £2,500 sign on bonus.

Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
  • Previous experience within a main dealer is desirable although not essential.
  • Master Technician accreditation or equivalent.
