Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled poolside supervisor to join our team at Wiltshire Council. As a lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members.

Your primary responsibilities will include supervising pool and poolside activities, responding to emergencies, and providing excellent customer service.

Our ideal candidate is a strong swimmer with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,404-£25,183 per annum, plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts.
