Job Description:
This Behaviour Mentor with LSA responsibilities role combines behaviour support with classroom assistance, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys working closely with students and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH and behavioural needs
- Assist teachers in creating an inclusive classroom environment
- Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive interactions and reduce barriers to learning
- Develop tailored plans for individual students, working collaboratively with teachers and the SENCo
