Senior Commercial Operations Coordinator

Beaverbrooks' fast-paced marketing department is excited to announce a new opportunity as a Senior CRM Coordinator within our CRM Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer behaviour and seasonal campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, email and SMS, with a focus on growing customer loyalty and the value of returning business in 2024 and beyond.
As a CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery and ongoing optimisation of email automation programmes with a focus on driving customer engagement and bringing customers back to shop at Beaverbrooks. You will also manage the development and implementation of direct mail campaigns with the goal of driving repeat purchases during key commercial periods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer behaviour and seasonal campaigns across multiple channels
- Delivering and optimising email automation programmes
- Developing and implementing direct mail campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance and collecting insights to inform future campaigns
- Exploring new ways to connect with customers and drive sales
- Providing support and expertise to the CRM team
- Driving forward wider CRM initiatives and developing relationships with Regional Heads of Retail
