The successful candidate will be responsible for administering first aid provision to students, staff, and visitors, as well as coordinating our First Aiders and managing prescribed drugs and medicines for certain students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer first aid provision to students, staff, and visitors.
  2. Coordinate our First Aiders and ensure they are adequately trained and equipped.
  3. Manage prescribed drugs and medicines for certain students, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and external partners to promote a culture of health and safety.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor and report on health and safety incidents and near misses.

Requirements:

  1. Valid First Aid qualification.
  2. Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build positive working relationships with students, colleagues, and external partners.
  4. Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and databases.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
