High-Value Sales Manager

Oxford Instruments plc is a global leader in the field of high-tech tools and systems for research and industry. We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the UK (South) region.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in high-value sales and be able to identify leads, create opportunities, and maintain up-to-date journal and CRM data. A strong understanding of Electron Microscopy and commercial awareness are essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday, 12:30 Friday finishes, and numerous discounts.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of Electron Microscopy. If you are a driven and results-oriented individual, we encourage you to apply.
- Engineering/Science degree or higher and/or equivalent relevant experience
- A strong understanding of Electron Microscopy
- Excellent commercial awareness and customer focus
- Ability to adjust behaviours and selling strategy based on cultural requirements
