SAP SuccessFactors Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead to join our team at Stott and May. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for the successful deployment of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on the Employee Central module.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Implement SAP SuccessFactors: Develop and design SAP SuccessFactors, especially the Employee Central module, to meet business goals and objectives.
  2. Integrated HR Solutions: Design integrated HR solutions and architectures that work seamlessly with other systems and modules within and outside the SuccessFactors suite.
  3. Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions adhere to performance, security, and compliance standards.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges.
  5. HR Best Practices: Advise clients on HR best practices and customization of the Employee Central module to fit their needs.
  6. System Requirements: Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and design specifications.
  7. Implementation Life Cycle: Lead the implementation life cycle from planning and design to configuration, testing, and deployment of the Employee Central module.
  8. System Configuration: Configure the system according to specifications and ensure functionality during testing phases.
  9. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation.
  10. Integration: Oversee the integration of Employee Central with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  11. Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration processes.
  12. Legacy System Decommissioning: Develop strategies for decommissioning legacy systems and archiving data.
  13. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, analysts, and developers.
  14. Project Management: Develop project plans and timelines, monitor progress, and adjust resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  15. Communication: Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
  16. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure user adoption and minimize resistance.
  17. Training: Create training materials and conduct workshops or training sessions for end-users on the Employee Central module.
  18. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with SAP and other third-party vendors to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and obtain support as needed.
  19. Partner Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with implementation partners and service providers.
