Static AC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Euston London

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Static AC Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a public sector contract based in Euston, London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including split systems, VRVs, VAVs, and VRFs.
  • Electrical knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Extensive building services knowledge is required.
Requirements:
  • AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
  • AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
  • F-Gas qualification (Essential)
  • Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Must be able to pass DBS.
  • Good communication skills.
Package Information:
  • Basic Salary of up to £46,000.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am-17:00pm.
  • 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • Tablet and work phone provided.
  • Full company uniform.
