Synacq Consulting Limited, a global consulting firm, is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Systems Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows Servers, Citrix, VMware, and Cisco, and will be able to deliver services from a hands-off perspective and ticket-based operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize service management tools, such as Service Now, to manage and schedule tasks.
  2. Apply ITIL principles to ensure efficient service delivery.
  3. Develop and implement project management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  4. Support lab bench top systems, general desktop, and end user services.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field, plus 3 years of experience, or 7 years of experience in IS working in Infrastructure.
  2. Strong customer and project focus.
