Disrepair Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our property services division, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess disrepair issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and document disrepair issues, including damage to structural elements.
• Provide expert witness testimony in legal settings, presenting findings and evidence.
• Produce accurate and comprehensive Section 11 housing disrepair reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in building surveying, particularly in disrepair assessments and expert witness work.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various sites.
