Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Leadership & Behavioural Development Partner. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leadership development, with expertise in designing and delivering impactful programmes. They will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders to drive organisational growth, through the development of leadership capabilities and behaviours.

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive leadership development strategy, aligned with the company's strategic objectives
  • Foster collaborative relationships with business leaders, identifying and addressing leadership development needs through coaching and mentoring
  • Design and deliver bespoke leadership development programmes, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Implement behaviour change initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Support the talent management process, developing high potential leaders through strategic planning and coaching
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programmes, providing actionable insights for future enhancements
  • Mentor and coach leaders within the organisation, empowering them to reach their full potential

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £70,000 per year, plus car allowance, annual holiday leave, and other attractive benefits.
