Mobile Powered Access Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Powered Access Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment. As a Mobile Powered Access Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining powered access equipment based from our depot in West Bromwich, covering the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI's), LOLER's, and small repairs on powered access equipment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our equipment and its operation.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date service and maintenance records.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines in the workshop and on-site.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance work to ensure minimal downtime.
Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge in a similar role would be beneficial.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience within the access, crane, forklift, or motor industry, along with a mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical background.
  • IPAF CAP training is desirable but not essential.
  • A UK driving licence is essential for this role.
