Executive Chef Position

At Robin Hood, we're seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality food products that meet our company standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Manage all aspects of food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock taking, and waste control.
  • Support the Head Chef in maintaining a smooth-running kitchen and deputize in their absence.
  • Train and develop the kitchen team to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Ability to develop and take on responsibility.
  • Capacity to remain calm under pressure.
