Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and Direct the preparation and cooking of food to enhance our reputation for quality
  • Prepare High-Quality Food quickly and efficiently for our guests
  • Maintain Food Hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Order and Stock Control to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Lead the Kitchen Team with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Maintain a Clean Kitchen and adhere to allergen laws and dietary requirements
