Customer Service Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, answering their queries and concerns, and providing advice on our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for any customer queries, questions or concerns, both over the phone and via email
  • Manage administration tasks effectively, including updating and maintaining internal systems and databases
  • Work closely with other departments across the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and communication is maintained with clients at all times
  • Build and maintain relationships with other colleagues across the business

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone
  • Previous experience in a customer-service related role, such as Hospitality or Retail
  • Computer literate, able to learn and pick up new systems fast
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn
