Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Health/SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at CV-Library.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Support pupils with complex needs to access the curriculum and develop their social and emotional skills.
  2. Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to support pupils' learning and development.
  3. Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with pupils with SEND or mental health difficulties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of neurodiversity and mental health
