About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Mental Health Support Worker to join our Hope Place Service in Slough. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusting relationships with customers and create a positive atmosphere
  • Facilitate group workshops on mental health dynamics and well-being
  • Conduct holistic assessments and develop individualized support plans
  • Provide support and access to relevant services to enable customers to continue their recovery
  • Work in partnership with external stakeholders to improve service outcomes
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with experience in the sector
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to the principles of recovery and co-production
