About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our Procurement team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Procurement team in managing the supplier network of dairy farmers
  • Log procurement activity related to calf supply
  • Track and report on financial metrics such as cost savings and spend analysis
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within procurement processes
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement, sales, and operational teams
  • Assist with procurement-related customer service, responding to supplier and customer queries
  • Ensure accurate data entry into systems and maintain up-to-date procurement records
  • Document supplier performance to help optimize procurement strategies
About You

We are looking for a candidate with proficiency in Agri Web software or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Office skills. Previous experience in the dairy industry or livestock management is a plus, but not required.
