Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, demonstrating customer-focused behaviors and setting the tone for your team

• Deliver personalized service, connecting with customers and exceeding their expectations

• Adapt to customer needs through your team, using initiative, confidence, and problem-solving skills

• Answer customer queries, staying up-to-date with knowledge on our food and promotions

• Treat all colleagues and customers with courtesy and respect

What You'll Get
