Job Title: Primary School Teacher - Oxfordshire

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive teacher to join our team at a highly regarded school in Oxfordshire, Southeast England. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Year 2/3 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2/3 students.
  • Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Year 2/3 students in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
