About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Manager to join our client's team in their FMCG business. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring optimum performance, efficiency, quality, and safety across the production units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively promote a safety culture and ensure that H&S requirements are carried out effectively.
  • Maintain standards of quality, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping within areas of control.
  • Involvement in the selection process for direct reports and ownership of training and development programs.
  • Ensure timely management of attendance, disciplinary, and performance management issues through direct reports.
  • Deliver agreed KPIs within areas of control and delegate actions through the team.
About Us

Our client is a highly successful FMCG business with ambitious growth plans. They are looking for a Shift Manager who will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities across the production units.

Requirements
  • Background within a fast-moving manufacturing operation (FMCG) or the food industry.
  • Leadership skills and proven success in team management.
  • Ability to encourage and motivate team members to deliver high-performance results.
  • Results-focused with the ability to remain calm during periods of pressure.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to achieve goals.
