**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced Additive Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Worcester. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of Additive Manufacturing (AM) serial components and providing manufacturing support and qualification at our factory. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and internal customers to ensure the successful qualification and series production of AM components for gas turbines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement Additive Manufacturing technologies to increase the efficiency of gas turbine components and develop green fueled combustion technology
- Manage product and process qualifications (PPQ) as well as series production of hot gas components made from advanced materials at the Worcester site
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful qualification and series production of AM components
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Additive Manufacturing and manufacturing support
- Strong knowledge of Additive Manufacturing technologies and materials, with expertise in series production and process qualifications (PPQ)
- Experience with CAD software (Siemens NX and nTopology) and simulation tools (FEA, CFD)
**Estimated Salary:** $125,000 - $155,000 per year
