The Audit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all stages of audits from planning through to completion for a diverse client portfolio. You will work closely with clients to provide feedback and advice where necessary, assist in the development and evolution of the audit team, and guide junior members in their professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead audits, manage and deliver on all stages from planning through to completion
  • Engage actively with a portfolio of clients, providing feedback and advice where necessary
  • Assist in the evolution of the audit team, guiding junior members in their professional development

Requirements:

  • A qualified accountant (ACCA or ACA / ICAEW or equivalent) with prior experience in financial audits from within an accountancy firm
  • Constantly up-to-date with adaptations in legislation and compliance requirements
  • IT skills including Excel and any audit software (CCH, IRIS, CaseWare etc)
  • Highly organised with the ability to develop and maintain business working relationships
