As a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dealing with complex matters including share and sale purchases, management buyouts, demergers, and shareholder agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality advice and drafting services
  • Take an active role in marketing and business development
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the team

The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate and Commercial law, with a strong interest in developing a specialism within the Corporate Commercial arena.
