Executive Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Deputy CEO at our NFP organisation. As a senior member of our management team, you will provide guidance on strategic planning, operational management, and external representation.

They will also have a deep understanding of the VCS, local government, and health systems, as well as experience in project management and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organisation on strategic boards and partnerships.
• Develop and implement projects aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage and mentor staff and volunteers to achieve excellence.
• Lead on funding opportunities and accreditation processes.
• Deputise for the CEO when required.

Estimated Salary: £38,785 - £41,942 pro rata (depending on experience)
